Thiago Villa Verde

Thiago Villa Verde pratica Ashtanga Yoga há mais de 20 anos; ele morou na Índia (Mysore) por três anos consecutivos estudando e praticando no instituto Shri K Pattabhi Jois ashtanga yoga, onde ele teve aulas com o próprio Shri K Pattabhi Jois e onde ele recebeu a bênção para ensinar de Sharath Jois. Thiago tem mais de 4 anos de estudos na Índia e também morou em Goa, onde teve a oportunidade de praticar e ser assistente de Rolf Naujakot. Thiago ensinou em shalas no Rio de Janeiro por mais de 8 anos e depois de uma temporada em Bali, onde deu aulas pela Ásia, retornou a sua cidade. As aulas são ministradas na casa Sauer Dance, na Rua Lopes Quintas, 576 no Jardim Botanico. Thiago viajou diversar vezes para a Índia e outros shalas pelo mundo para continuar seus estudos. Thiago é um professor autorizado KPJAYI Ashtanga nível 2.

Thiago Villa Verde has been practicing Ashtanga Yoga for more than 15 years, he lived in India (Mysore) for three consecutive years studying and practicing at Shri K Pattabhi Jois ashtanga yoga institute, where he took classes with Shri K Pattabhi Jois himself and where he received the blessing to teach from Sharath Jois.

Thiago has more than 4 years of studies in India in total and also lived in Goa, where he had the opportunity to practice and assist Rolf Naujakot.

Thiago taught in shalas in Rio de Janeiro for more than 8 years and just returned to Brazil after a season in Bali where he taught around Asia.

Now back to his city the classes are taught in the Sauer Dance House, in Lopes Quintas, 576 - Jardim Botanico. Thiago travels to India and around the world often to continue his studies.

Thiago is an Ashtanga authorized KPJAYI teacher level 2.
